1. Selection principle of Cable Chain:
(1) Inner height: Select the thickest one among the built-in cables, oil pipes, air pipes, water pipes, etc. as the reference height, plus at least 10% of the height space as the inner height of the drag chain. If it overlaps, the actual height after the overlap is used as the reference height.
(2) Inner width: Choose some thicker cables, oil pipes, air pipes, water pipes, etc., and the sum of their outer diameters is used as a reference for the inner width of the drag chain, and at least 10% of the width space is reserved.
(3) Bending radius: Select the largest bending radius among built-in cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, etc. as a reference value, and leave more than 10% of the space.
2. The principle of placing cables, oil pipes, gas pipes and water pipes in the drag chain
There should be 15% remaining space, so that the built-in cables, oil pipes, etc. can move freely without pulling the drag chain in the radial direction. Wires with large diameter differences should be laid separately, the weight should be evenly distributed, and if necessary, they should be separated by separators. When running at high speed or high frequency, try to keep the wires separated from each other horizontally, and do not make them overlap each other. It is recommended to use separators when there are many cables, gas pipes, oil pipes, etc.

4. Classification of e-chains®
According to the material, it can be divided into: steel towline, steel-aluminum towline, plastic towline, nylon towline, etc.
According to the form, it can be divided into: bridge towline, multi-bridge towline, closed towline, muffler towline, open towline, universal towline, tank chain, threading towline, etc.
According to the conditions of the application environment: oil-proof, waterproof, anti-garbage pollution, high temperature resistance, friction resistance, need to be lengthened, need to bear weight, no noise, conceal the cable, etc
